A Brief Review of the Ardyss Compensation Plan

I have lots of experience with multilevel marketing programs, but if you do not have that experience a MLM compensation plan can be a bit confusing, and the Ardyss compensation plan is no different. There is tons of jargon involved in a compensation plan, and while they all have similar ideas each plan will change the specific terms they use, hence the confusion for novices.

Like any MLM, the first part of the Ardyss Compensation plan is the profits to be gained from retail sales. Distributors order product from Ardyss at “wholesale” price, with the suggested retail price being 40% above that.

40% can be a pretty good margin if you are moving lots of product, and you can always lower your retail price point in an effort to boost volume while shrinking your margin, but you might upset a few people in the process. Besides, if you know how to market well you should have no problem moving product at full retail price.

With effective marketing you should have no problem moving your product at the suggested retail price. Not only will you not have to worry about upsetting other distributors, you will be increasing your own earnings by boosting your volume without cutting into your profit margin.

The Ardyss Compensation Plan is much like any other MLM compensation package, in that “promotions” which grant you access to bonuses and increase the range of your commissions in your network are triggered by monthly wholesale purchases, both individual and group orders.

Since the commission you earn from your recruits is based on their wholesale orders, the more recruits, and the more productive they are, the more you earn and the faster you get promoted. The higher you are promoted, the more members in your downline will be generating commissions for you, and that is obviously a good thing.

The Ardyss compensation plan also includes a large number of various bonuses beyond these standard MLM incentives. There are bonuses for recruits, bonuses for new recruit’s orders, and other bonuses based on group sales goals and promotions.

If you want to reach the top of the Ardyss compensation plan, or any MLM Business, you will need to understand how to market well. A solid grasp of marketing principles will not only improve your results, it will help you guide your recruits to better results, too, which means more commissions for you.
